Terms, privacy and disclosures
Last updated 24 August 2026
1. Accuracy and no warranty
Listings are compiled from publicly accessible pages, largely by automated means, and are provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy.
- Commission rates, cookie windows and payout terms change without notice.
- A headline percentage is frequently first-payment only, tiered, or conditional.
- Automated extraction can misread a page. Entries drawn from lower-confidence sources are labelled unverified.
- The authoritative source is always the program's own terms, never this site.
Each listing shows every rate found on the source page, quoted verbatim, so you can check the original wording rather than relying on our interpretation.
2. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss or damage — including lost profit, lost revenue, lost commission, or business interruption — arising from use of, or reliance on, information published here. You use this information entirely at your own risk and are responsible for your own due diligence and for complying with the rules of any program you join.
3. Affiliate and advertising disclosure
Some outbound links on this site may be affiliate links, meaning a commission may be earned if you sign up through them, at no additional cost to you. Paid placements or sponsorships, where they exist, are labelled as such. Commercial relationships do not change the recorded rate data: figures are extracted from the program's published terms regardless of any commercial arrangement. This disclosure is made in line with the US FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and comparable rules elsewhere.
4. Trademarks, facts and third-party content
All product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Use of a name does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by that owner. Factual data — commission percentages, cookie durations, payout methods — is not itself protected by copyright. Descriptive text is limited to short extracts for identification and comparison. If you believe material here infringes your rights, see the takedown section below.
5. User reviews
Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not of this site, and are moderated before publication. We remove content that is defamatory, unlawful, off-topic, or that makes factual claims we cannot reasonably verify. We do not pay for reviews and do not remove negative reviews on request from the program concerned — but a program may reply or dispute a specific claim via the form below.
6. Privacy
What is collected, and nothing more:
- Form submissions — what you type, plus an optional email if you want a reply.
- A salted hash of your IP address for spam and rate limiting. The raw IP is never stored and the hash cannot be reversed to an address.
- Country code and browser user-agent supplied by the CDN, for abuse prevention.
There is no advertising network, no cross-site tracking, and no sale or sharing of personal data with third parties. Email addresses are used solely to reply to you or — if you asked for updates — to send registry updates; every update includes an unsubscribe link.
Under GDPR/UK GDPR the lawful basis is legitimate interest (operating and protecting the site) and consent (for update emails). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via the contact form below; requests are handled within 30 days. Submissions are retained no longer than needed, and abuse-prevention hashes are cleared after 12 months.
7. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If the anti-spam widget (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled, it may set a strictly necessary token to verify that a submission is not automated. Strictly necessary items of this kind do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
8. Corrections, removal and takedown
If you represent a program listed here and something is wrong, or you want the listing gone, say so using the form below or at the contact form below. State the URL of the listing and what is incorrect. Removal requests are honoured without argument — there is no charge, and no requirement to explain why. For copyright claims, include the material at issue, the work it infringes, your contact details, and a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorised.
9. How data is collected
Data comes from publicly accessible pages. Nothing behind a login, paywall or access control is collected, no personal data of programme staff is gathered, and requests are rate-limited to avoid burdening any site. If you would rather your public pages were not read at all, tell us and we will exclude your domain.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Governing law and venue are those of the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
